Every frame is a decision, and so is every gate that lets code ship. Eight years as the training lead inside industrial safety operations taught me where both fail: built for whoever signs off, not for the person on a job site with a phone and four minutes. So I build the platform and shoot the film that runs on it — neither one guessing about the other.
